I have been an attorney for 25 years and have published 4 books (2 on history and 2 on investing). I run a start-up online peer-to-peer marketplace for boaters to rent private boat docks. I owned and managed my law firm, and also run several other real estate and investment businesses. I have owned and managed all types of real estate including retail, restaurant, condo, multi-family, warehouse, and office space. I have also rehabbed and flipped several dozen boarded-up homes.
I have served on several volunteer municipal boards (zoning, senior living, planning, parking, historic) and I was also an elected councilman for one term about 15 years ago.
