The concept of providing warranty claims and field service management for manufacturers using the same service network was the key to success. Removing the duplication of efforts across the industry saved manufacturers millions in time and effort. As VP of Operations, increased sales to $12 million in the next 4 years. Experience covers managing day-to-day operations globally including: Customer Service, Auditing, Computer Operations, Call Center Dispatching, Programming and Data Entry. Control a $5 million budget. Optimizing workflow and cutting costs by removing unnecessary redundancy in salaries and overhead without compromising customer satisfaction and loyalty. Current business ventures include an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service company she owns in Brea, CA assisting in growth of Analytics company in Toronto and Thermography business in Santa Ana.
