I may also assist you with developing a Feasibility Study before starting your business; if already in business, I can assist you writing your comprehensive business plan. I am also knowledgeable in business strategies, pricing your product or service for profit and calculating your break-even point, and analyzing your financial statements. I can assist existing businesses to reach the next level of success. My particular areas of expertise are cash flow analysis, marketing and business plan development. I currently teach an entrepreneurial college class that covers all aspects of starting and managing a business. I have more than 29 years of experience as a college administrator overseen a division not supported financially by either the state or the district. I started and managed five non-profit organizations such as: A) a professional performing arts theater; B) a College for Children and one for Teens; C) offered 1,500 annual non-credit professional seminars and classes; D) Offered professional career training at local corporate sites and E) started a weekend swap meet that generated over $3.5 million dollars a year. In addition, I have been a SCORE and executive coach and mentor for over 20 years assisting more than 4,500 businesses and non-profit organizations. I owned and managed for fourteen years a very successful gourmet continental restaurant in Hollywood. Some of my recent experiences has also been mentoring directors of non-profit organizations.
