My experience includes working at both large corporations as well as small privately-owned businesses. I've held positions in materials management, aftermarket for parts/services, plant manager, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Operations and President. Through these experiences, I've become knowledgeable in the use of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S (sort, shine, set, standardize, sustain), DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control), process mapping, 8D and others. Have used analytical tools for properly managing sales calls and the sales channel. Strategic planning and deployment can be achieved through the use of tools involving strategic business element analysis, Hoshin/X matrix, action plans and stoplight/bowling charts. General management can be improved through the use of daily accountability meetings, implementation of KPI's (key process indicators), development of a rolling forecast and P&L (profit/loss) statement management.

Industry Experience covers engineered equipment (centrifugal pumps, valves, reverse osmosis, vapor compression) designed and manufactured to industry and customer specifications.

Markets served include marine, offshore, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical.
