My first job, when I was a senior in high school, was dipping ice cream cones. From that beginning, I worked my way up to Store Manager and then a variety of roles in the corporate world, but always they were influenced by my experience in the Ice Cream department. Every time you hand someone a cone, you get a huge smile back!
It took more than 25 years before I really began to “get it”, the truth about serving others, I’m a slow learner, but I think I finally “got it.”
My company is called Quinntessential Customer Service and I am very excited to have this opportunity to share with you the truth about customer service, as I’ve come to know it. It’s about the people... on both sides of the counter.
My wife Annie and I have been together for over 31 years now and she is the light of my life! And… we have 12 amazing grandkids!
