This webinar will show you how to calculate the value your own business, or, as a buyer, how to develop a range of values for a business you want to purchase. This is a “plain English” presentation of how multiples, cash flow, and ROI fits into the valuation equation. We will discuss factors that enhance a company’s value along with factors that lower a company’s valuation. Do you know the critical risk factors that could make or break a sale? How important are “add backs”? What are the ten most common mistakes sellers make when selling a business? This webinar will help answer these questions.
