Michele Farrell is a financial planner and retirement specialist since 2015 with the distinction of being a fiduciary. Michele has been helping people in the retirement space for over 7 years and set up retirement plans with car dealerships, home health care, and more. Her passion for education and empowerment is what sets her apart. 

Ailene Dewar possesses extensive experience in human resources, recruiting, and workers’ compensation. Ailene is certified as an Associate Professional Human Resources (aPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as a Certified Business Performance Advisor (CBPA) by the University of Houston. As VP of Sales for Engage, Ailene empowers businesses to succeed by strategically managing their human capital. 

Cathy Daugherty has been an Independent insurance broker since 1991 and a Partner at (BAIS) Benefits Alliance Insurance Services. As an Industry expert on employee benefits and Health Care Reform, she provides insurance classes to business owners for Orange County SCORE, the Inland Empire SBDC, plus the Regional SBA office.
